Reviver as alegrias espirituais

Quando conseguem alcançar um bom estado, a questão é saber como fazê-lo durar. Na realidade, uma vez tendo vivenciado um estado de harmonia, de plenitude, é como se vocês tivessem feito uma gravação que permanece em seu íntimo, não podem ser apagadas. “Mas”, perguntarão em seu íntimo, ” por que esse estado não permanece? Por que logo depois nos sentimos inquietos e desencorajados?” Porque a vida é um fluxo perpétuo: os instantes se sucedem, trazendo-lhe incessantemente novas impressões, novos acontecimentos, e como vocês não foram vigilantes o bastante, não souberam manter-se nas mesmas impressões, deixaram-se levar por outras idéias, outros sentimentos, outras atividades, perderam sua paz, sua alegria. O que precisam saber é que as gravações daquilo que viveram ficaram em vocês, arquivadas, como discos ou fitas na sua discoteca. Um dia vocês se lembram de que havia uma voz magnífica cantando uma música celestial, e podem pegar esse disco, colocá-lo no seu aparelho interior e novamente ficarão cativados, encantados: voltam a sentir aquele mesmo estado. Mas é preciso ter isso em mente…É preciso revisitar, ouvir de novo essas gravações divinas.Se vocês adquirirem o hábito de manter em si os bons estados, serão capazes de superar qualquer perturbação muito mais rapidamente, pois terão entendido que não foi à matéria, mas ao espírito em vocês que Deus conferiu poder absoluto.
